... She is so fun to work with and I'm so glad she could take part in our little adventure away from the city. Being allowed to be our true selves in front of her lens was fantastic and even my boyfriend enjoyed the experience. Following our shoot, she managed to keep us on our toes with sneak peeks and the final gallery of images blew me away. She not only captured how my love story looks like but also how it feels. How? She even took time out of her vacation to accommodate our engagement shoot on the west coast! During covid wedding planning, she was the first to reach out and offer us options and was super accommodating to the many changes we had to make. As for the wedding, she wasn't scared to get wet and muddy for our very rainy wedding day and the shots were incredible. My partner and I had the most amazing experience shooting with Trish in Yosemite. It was our first shoot ever so we were pretty nervous going in but Trish made us feel completely at ease. HECK YES. I looooove to travel! My wedding packages include travel within my "home zone" of Vancouver. This includes Metro Vancouver & Squamish. I'm available for weddings outside this zone with additional travel fees. I also offer custom destination wedding and elopement packages to suit your needs!
Do you travel?
I deliver a minimum of 50 photos per hour of coverage (500+ for a full wedding day), and you'll receive a minimum of 75 photos for couples & engagement sessions. Your photos are curated in a beautiful online gallery available for download in both high resolution for print and web-size for social media.
How many photos do we get?
My photography style is focused on storytelling. I look for moments of connection, emotion, movement and adventure that tell the story of your love and your dream day. My editing style is focused on true to life tones that bring out the natural beauty of your surroundings, with a hint of warmth and mood.
How do you describe your style?
Everyone says they're awkward in front of a camera and I completely understand the feeling!
I will provide guidance throughout your portrait session, directing you through movement but I don't do any stiff or awkward "posing". My focus is much more focused on fun, candid in-between moments as well as settling into the more quiet moments once you're comfortable.
We're awkward, will you pose us?
The short answer: whatever you are comfortable in!! This session is about you and your story, so dressing for your personality is a part of that! I will give you some guidance on what not to wear (i.e. big distracting logos) as well as a pinterest board of ideas! Many times clients will text me photos of their outfits the day before and I'm always happy to help!!
What do we wear for couples photos?
Heck YES! I love your furry family members and I'm always happy to accomodate. I've photographed many sessions and elopements with dogs and have always loved it! Please let me know if you plan to bring them so that I can plan ahead to bring an assistant (or you can bring a friend!)
